Online Maintenance Request Forms

Online Maintenance Request Forms

We’re introducing a new maintenance request system to streamline how repair requests are submitted and processed. This will help us stay organized and respond more efficiently while providing better visibility to you into the status of any reported issues.

In the past, maintenance requests were submitted by phone or email. While those options remain available, we encourage customers to submit requests through their dedicated work order portal. Using the portal ensures your request is immediately logged, prioritized, and tracked, and allows you to receive updates as work progresses.

Each customer will be provided with access to a work order request portal, available at any time. Within the portal, you can describe the issue you’re experiencing and opt in to status notifications, keeping you informed from submission through resolution.

This change does not affect scheduled or periodic maintenance, which will continue as usual. The new system simply adds a more convenient and transparent way to report AWOS-related issues and stay informed throughout the repair process.

*TN customers will still submit a trouble ticket with TDOT
